The Ronan and Harper Show

Ronan's First Responsibility

Ronan hit many milestones his summer but my favorite is his first responsibility.

Ro is now in charge of clearing his own place.  He happily does it about 40% of the time.  He reluctantly does it 50% of the time.  The rest of the time I have to "help" him.

But the other day he walked into the kitchen saying "place, place, place" and carrying his plate without me even asking.  One of his greatest moment to date.

Someone Loves the Car

Just Kidding.

Ronan hates the car.  Everything about it.

He screams almost every time I put him in and then almost always for the duration of trip.

It's terrible.

Ronan was sitting outside at the kids table eating his snack and just looked like such a little kid that I grabbed my phone to take a picture of him.

Then he turned around and cheesed and it was the greatest.

Touch A Truck

These pictures don't accurately show his excitement level.  He literally could not figure out which way to go.  He just turned in circles pointing and saying "truck".

And then the helicopter arrived and he fell in love.

Ronan and the Muddy Pig

We did not sign Ro up to participate in the Muddy Pig this year as we thought he would be too little.  At first we were right and he was very not excited about it.

Then I got in to take a turn at the course and he decided to follow.  So he did the last leg of the course and I don't have pictures because I was in the mud myself.  He did it while wearing "his" bracelet.

Cincinnati Conservatory

We went for the butterfly exhibit.  Ronan really liked to try and catch the butterflies.
